I have to admit I was frustrated that it took me 4 business days before someone would answer the phone during business hours. If I hadn't wanted the comforter so badly, I would have been tempted to take my business elsewhere. However, when I finally did reach a person, he was politely, apologetic, and helpful. His wife called back within a reasonable time and was able to take my order in a kind and professional manner. My comforter arrived only yesterday. It looks great. I had a full night and so was unable to use it last night, but am looking forward to my first night's sleep with it tonight. I am very happy with the comforter and hope you stay in business long enough for me to have a need for a repeat purchase.

I have been sleeping with the summer weight for some time and adding a blanket on top when it is cool, so I decided to try the heavier comforter for winter. I was concerned that it might be too warm, but I have been pleasantly surprised at how well it breathes. It's a great weight and seems of a very high quality.

Haven't really had them long enough to give a great review, but so far, so good! I really wanted the European sized comforters because my husband and I like our own and this size is perfect where the American twin size is too big. I got these to replace the ones I got in Germany 35 years ago. I hope these last as long!
